Newburgh Priory Wedding Photographer | Nicole & Joe

I’ve been to Newburgh Priory quite a few times in the last couple of years for weddings.  It’s a beautiful big stately home with a view of the Yorkshire Moors.  Just over the lake, in the distance, you can see towards Thirsk & the White Horse of Sutton Bank.

Nicole & Joe had their wedding ceremony near Selby. Now, those of you with a geographical knowledge of Yorkshire, will know that not exactly near Newburgh Priory – it was quite a drive from the church service to the reception – but on a lovely sunny day, with the some music on, it’s not a bad way to spend an hour.

The wedding reception was in the ruins of the old Priory at the back of the house.  It’s a perfect little suntrap back there and ideal for an outdoor wedding!

Nicole & Joe opted for my half day wedding photography package. If you’d like to see more details, you can see my pricing here.

Enjoy the photographs…
