When it comes to York Weddings, I think I’m at the Hospitium more than any other venue. It’s an absolutely beautiful venue & was built in the 14th Century. The age and character of the building really adds to the atmosphere. When you’re at The Hospitium, you know you’re in York. Couple that with with the surrounding museum gardens, home of the worlds best fed squirrels, and it’s a photographer’s dream.

Laura & Stephen chose the Hospitium because it was the perfect venue for their super-relaxed big day. They booked me for half a day, so we all sat down together and worked out the best timings for the day to maximise their coverage. Laura wasn’t bothered about photographs of her getting ready, so I met them there at the start of the ceremony. Enjoy the photographs to see how the day went from there…
