Saltmarshe Hall Wedding Photographer | Amelia & Alistair

The process to move wedding blog posts from is still ongoing. This time it’s Amelie & Alistair who got married at the wonderfull Saltmarshe Hall near Goole in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

The day was a relaxed affair from start to finish, with Amelia & her Bridesmaids getting their hair & makeup done at home. A short trip to Saltmarshe Hall followed, where they all got into their dresses and applied the finishing touches.

Saltmarshe Hall is a gorgeous, family-owned stately home near Howden in East Yorkshire, with 10 acres of grounds to explore including a walled garden, fruit orchards and a massive lawn, it’s a wedding photographer’s paradise! There’s also some old parts of the building that featured on a ‘Most Haunted’ special a while back too if you’re into that sort of thing (I’m not going to lie, of course, we had a bit of a look…).

My style is to spend as much of the day capturing natural moments as they happen & there was plenty of them to select from, as you can see. Here’s some of my favourite memories of the fabulous wedding of Amelia & Alistair.
